This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate can translate complex technologies into clear customer value and build compelling stories that drive product adoption.You will play a key role in shaping how new products are positioned in the market, developing messaging frameworks, and executing go-to-market launches across major channels including e-commerce, retail, and digital marketing.This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You will create launch plans, develop marketing assets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions.The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of Generative AI in marketing and creative workflows, with experience leveraging AI tools to drive deeper insights, accelerate iteration, and improve campaign impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch & Go-to-MarketLead the go-to-market planning process for new consumer networking productsDevelop master launch briefs that define the product story, positioning, messaging, and channel strategyCoordinate cross-functional launch execution with product management, marketing, sales, and e-commerce teamsEnsure all launch materials and messaging remain consistent across channelsProduct Messaging & StorytellingTranslate complex networking technologies into clear consumer benefitsDevelop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and key selling pointsCreate compelling product narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiencesContent & Asset DevelopmentOwn the development of high-impact product assets including:Amazon A+ contentProduct landing pagesLaunch presentationsSales enablement materialsDigital marketing assetsPackaging assetsPartner with design and content teams to deliver high-quality marketing materialsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers to understand technical features and product roadmapsPartner with marketing and digital teams to execute campaigns and content strategiesSupport sales teams with messaging, product education, and launch materialsDrive alignment across teams to ensure a clear and consistent product storyMarket & Competitive InsightsMonitor competitive products, messaging, and positioning in the consumer networking marketIdentify opportunities to strengthen product positioning and differentiationUse market insights to help shape product messaging and launch strategiesRequirementsQualificationsRequired2+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically with consumer electronics as a product marketing specialistExperience supporting consumer electronics productsStrong storytelling and messaging development skillsExperience creating marketing assets such as product pages, launch decks, and e-commerce contentAbility to translate technical features into clear customer benefitsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsExperience creating e-commerce product contentPreferredExperience working in cross-functional product launch teamsFamiliarity with consumer retail or online marketplace channelsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Is comfortable executing day-to-day marketing workIs curious about technology and enjoys learning complex productsCommunicates clearly and builds strong working relationshipsWorks well in a fast-moving environmentTakes ownership and solves problems independentlyBenefitsSalary Range: $75,000 -$110,000Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents) Contributions to 401k funds 15 days accrued vacation 11 paid holidays Bi-annual pay increases Health and wellness benefits, including free gym membership Quarterly team-building events At TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work.
