We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to join our team as an Occupational Health Paramedic at a busy construction site in Berwick, PA. You'll be a key member of a safety-focused medical team, providing injury triage, health support, and wellness guidance while collaborating closely with safety personnel and project leadership.What This Role IsYou'll provide on-site medical coverage in a clinic setting at an active construction site, including:Triage and treatment of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnessesFollow-up care based on evidence-based medical protocolsOSHA and workers' compensation documentationFirst aid and emergency responseDaily collaboration with site safety teamsPromoting employee wellness initiativesThis is not a traditional ambulance role. You'll work in a clinic environment, build relationships with workers, and contribute to the safe, efficient operation of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, triage, and treat injuries and illnessesMaintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation in EMRConduct pre-employment and ongoing occupational health screeningsSupport risk management and workers' compensation processesLead "Stretch & Flex" sessions and participate in site walksDeliver excellent customer service and foster positive workplace relationshipsQualificationsCurrent State Medical License (or ability to obtain per NREMT)Current ACLS certification requiredOSHA-30 Certification required within 90 days (company-provided)Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Healthcare ProviderEmergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferredValid driver's license in good standing (when driving is required)Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and medical office equipmentMust follow strict safety and infection control protocolsBenefits:Competitive hourly payMedical, Dental, Vision401(k) with matchLife Insurance
