The role involves managing accounts payable, ensuring compliance, and conducting risk assessments.Responsibilities:Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice approvals and payment processing.Review and reconcile travel and expense reports to ensure compliance.Oversee mail pick-up and cash receipts for remote deposits.Conduct audits and reviews of contracts and financial performance.Assess distributor financials and collaborate on contingency plans.Maintain document retention records for offsite facility.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.2-4 years of accounting or finance experience.Accounts payable knowledge is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
