Framer/Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of framing and construction, with a strong focus on building structures according to specifications. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions on construction sites. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of building projects, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. Duties Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal, or other materials based on blueprints and project specifications. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required for framing tasks. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure timely project completion. Engage in siding installation and restoration of existing structures. Participate in metal building erection and concrete forming processes as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in framing or related construction roles is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans. Experience with concrete finishing techniques is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and practices. Previous experience in siding installation, metal building erection, or welding will be considered an asset.
