Title Assistant – First American
Position located in a production center or branch office, responsible for supporting residential, commercial, and industrial title processes through a variety of administrative duties.
Essential Functions
Performs a wide range of administrative duties that require experience, skill and knowledge of title policies and practices.
Creates and maintains files, records and reports; monitors and tracks workflow.
Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues and complete the title process. Communicates information and prepares documentation and reports.
Communicates with internal and external groups.
Knowledge, Skills & Technology Used
Experience with MS Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintains professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Strong attention to detail
Customer service orientation
Exercises good judgment
Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
Typical Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience
2+ years title industry experience
Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 hourly. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
