Their network of freight forwarding professionals expertly handle air and ocean freight in one streamlined transactionThey are now actively hiring an experienced Air & Ocean Export Agent to join their Rockville Centre, NY team. As an Air & Ocean Export Agent your role will be to handle end‑to‑end air and ocean export coordination in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Responsibilities:Coordinate international air export shipments A–ZManage files and documentation in CargoWisePrepare HAWBs/MAWBs, commercial invoices, and compliance documentsCommunicate shipment status to customers and carriersResolve holds, delays, and documentation issuesEnsure accuracy with Incoterms, regulations, and billingRequirementsFreight forwarding experience (required)CargoWise experience (required)Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentationDangerous goods handling or IATA DGR cert (preferred)Strong communication & organizational skillsCandidates must be fully fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write clearly and professionally.
