Automations, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability—all of it. You'll develop lifecycle strategies across the full customer journey, from first touch through repeat purchase and referral. You'll build out our SMS and WhatsApp capabilities from scratch, creating a true multi-channel retention ecosystem. You'll run cohort analyses to understand customer behavior and translate insights into action. You should have a track record at an 8-figure e-commerce brand where you've demonstrably improved retention metrics. You need to show evidence of strategic thinking: cohort analysis, LTV optimization, churn reduction, or similar work that proves you understand the "why" behind the tactics. A bias toward action is essential—you see a gap, you fix it.
