Production | $18-$20/hour DOEApply NowCareers / Material HandlerGeneral Description of PositionFalcon is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and follows safety and inventory procedures to ensure materials are handled efficiently and accurately.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or shipping documentsEnsure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized within designated locationsMove materials throughout the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle countsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system recordsPrepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentationSupport production teams by delivering materials as needed to maintain workflowFollow all safety procedures and company guidelines when handling materials and operating equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSkills & AbilitiesPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environmentForklift experience or certification preferredAbility to lift and move materials as required for the roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPerform work in an outdoor manufacturing environment and in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and productivity standardsTake the Next Step inYour CareerApply NowAbout Falcon StructuresFalcon Structures has pioneered the use of shipping container-based buildings since 2003, and although we are a small company, we have become one of the largest container modifiers in the country.Beyond the novelty of working with shipping containers, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate in a company with huge growth goals.
