They are driven by the belief that lasting economic growth depends on trust, competence, and transparency in financial markets, and we know that it must be led by professionals adhering to the highest levels of ethics and investment expertise.JOB SUMMARY Director, Research Products & ServicesThe Director, Research Products and Services and Editor of Enterprising Investor is part of the company’s Research and Policy Center, in the Research, Advocacy and Standards (RAS) division. This role has full leadership responsibility for Enterprising Investor blog and podcast and is the overall general manager of the product. The Director is also responsible for implementing RPC content as an asset strategy being charged with ongoing leadership and product management related to high profile content projects (examples: In Practice, Fabozzi Video Series), and a suite of derivative content.The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong network of expert authors, contributors, and collaborators both internally and externally as well as developing content for RPC audiences through various mediums including written, video and podcasts either themselves or through external contributors.Essential Functions Overall product ownership and leadership of Enterprising Investor brand including editorial direction.Accountable for Enterprising Investor editorial workflow including submission, editing, permissions, blog placement, podcast speakers, social media, deployment, and metrics.Management of 2 direct reports on the team developing content.Responsible for delivering the derivative content strategy for RAS to support internal stakeholders, create quantifiable member value, enhance accessibility to a broader audience, and brand position. Derivative content includes the In Practice series, video clips, associating blog and podcast content with longer pieces, packaging relevant checklists and tables.Lead and project manage highly visible initiatives including Fabozzi Video Series, Voices of Influence projects related to elevating content through external luminary engagement.Develop content curations for social media and newsletters as well as new products for members and revenue generation.Develop and integrate AI tools into the content workflow.Develop and sustain the practitioner’s content usage by identifying, curating, and developing tools based on RPC original research, Financial Analysts Journal articles, Research Foundation content and externally sourced content for the RPC website to increase member engagement.Closely collaborate with the internal and external contributors, the publishing and website team and the Membership team to produce the content and develop an engaging multi-media bite, snack, meal experience related to the content.Manage external contributors related to products they are charged with. QualificationsLeadership, presentation and project management skills working on high profile global content products and projects.
