POSITIONPart-time Evening Cleaning TechnicianJOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral office maintenance, including, but not limited to:trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms break rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, picking up trash outside, and changing light bulbs.POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED- Must be reliable, responsible, and a self-starter- Show stable day-job work history- Good communication (verbal and written) skills- Must be able to work independently.- Must have reliable transportation to and from work- Must be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed.- Background and drug test required.- Applicants who have a day job are preferred.
