RN (Registered Nurse) **Nurse Educator**

White Glove Community Care is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Homecare experience.Schedule: Every other Wednesday and Thursday consistently RN Educator Job Summary:Deliver educational programs for healthcare professionalsConduct training sessions on patient care, medical documentation, and HIPAA regulationsReports directly to the Director of Nursing.Works seamlessly with office staff to have aides activated and ready for duty.Responsible for signing off on, orientation and policy forms for each nurse/aide and handing them to staff in timely manner.Classes are completed using instructional material provided by Director of Education.Nurse must use their own clinical experience to inspire the orientees to continue being skilled home health aides.Position is for in classroom setting only.Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective trainingRN Educator Requirements and Qualifications:Current NYS RN Registered Nurse LicenseExcellent clear communication and time-management skills.Adaptability and Flexibility to changes and all personalities is a plus.Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.Experience in Homecare is requiredUnderstanding of patient care principlesFamiliarity with HIPAA regulationsAbility to work collaboratively with healthcare professionalsRN Educator Position Details:PartTime; Monday-Friday *no weekends*Office setting - Supportive teamASAP Start/ Paid trainingRN Educator Position Benefits:FREE HEALTH INSURANCE including Dental & VisionWeekly pay -Direct depositPaid time off and vacationEmployee discounts"FIND A JOB YOU LOVE AND YOU WON'T WORK A DAY IN YOUR LIFE."What makes White Glove Community Care the right place for you?
