Project Coordinator (Agile, Project Operations):Onsite 3 Days a Week in Orlando, FLOptomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact team focused on data-driven decision making, forecasting, and optimization initiatives.This is a non-technical, coordination-focused role supporting multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing:Support planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple projectsMaintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Coordinate and help facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, etc.)Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up on action itemsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverablesAssist with reporting, documentation, and communication using tools like Jira and SmartsheetWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree required2+ years of experience supporting projects (Project Coordinator, Analyst, or similar)Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environmentsPMP, CSM, or other project management certificationsExperience working in corporate or enterprise environmentsWhy This Role?Work with a globally recognized entertainment brand!Gain exposure to high-visibility, data-driven initiatives!Build strong project coordination and Agile experience!Additional Details:Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Lake Buena Vista, FLW2 only (USC or GC)No C2C or sponsorship availableIf you’re a highly organized professional looking to grow your career in project coordination within a dynamic and collaborative environment, apply today!
