Irrigation Sales Technician

Job Description Conserva Irrigation is seeking a reliable and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems while providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate has strong irrigation knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients in the field.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair irrigation systems including sprinklers, drip irrigation, drainage systems, valves, and controllersPerform system inspections and seasonal adjustments to ensure proper operation and water efficiencyDiagnose and troubleshoot irrigation issues quickly and effectivelyCommunicate with customers regarding system performance, recommendations, and repair optionsDemonstrate irrigation products and technology solutions when neededMaintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions using CRM softwareSupport business growth through excellent customer service and identifying additional service opportunitiesCollaborate with team members and management to complete projects efficientlyQualificationsMinimum 2 years of irrigation experience requiredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage daily routes efficientlyExperience with irrigation controllers, valves, wiring, and drainage systems preferredSales or technical sales background is a plusValid driver's license requiredBenefitsCommission on top of Hourly wageCompany vehicle providedPaid time offPaid trainingFull-time positionOpportunities for growth and advancementScheduleFull-timeMonday–FridayOccasional overtime during peak season
