This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment and is passionate about supporting a meaningful mission.Why You'll Love This OpportunityJoin a respected organization dedicated to serving youth and strengthening local communitiesWork closely with leadership as a valued Finance Manager influencing operational and strategic decisionsProfessional development opportunities-including training, conferences, and ongoing learningGrow your expertise in grant financial management, nonprofit accounting, and financial analysisA warm, supportive culture that values collaboration, integrity, accountability, and continuous learning Key Responsibilities of the Finance ManagerAs a Finance Manager, you will:Prepare, review, and submit grant financial reports in alignment with federal, state, local, and private funder requirementsConduct variance analysis, grant budget monitoring, forecasting, and expenditure alignmentOversee financial tracking, reporting, and compliance across the full grant portfolioEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes as a Finance ManagerSupport leadership by preparing cash flow analysis, projections, and financial modelingMaintain compliance with GAAP and all relevant accounting standardsSupervise finance team members including Accounts Payable & Receivable and Payroll functionsProvide mentorship, training, and development for finance staffSupport audits, internal controls, and cross-departmental reconciliationStrengthen procedures and internal controls as an effective Finance ManagerCollaborate closely with programs and development teams to ensure accurate financial coding and reportingMaintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial information Required Qualifications of the Finance ManagerBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years with grant reportingStrong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting, and grant complianceProven experience as a Finance Manager supporting financial operations and analysisCPA strongly preferred or actively pursuingSupervisory experience with the ability to develop and support staffAbility to manage confidential information with tact and discretion#INMAR2026
