Hiring: Lead AI & Data Analytics Engineer (Palantir Foundry + Databricks)We’re hiring a Lead AI & Data Analytics Engineer to build AI-enabled analytics solutions for a high-impact federal modernization program.Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)Eligibility: U.S. Citizen (Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance; existing Secret Clearance is a plus)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI-enabled analytics products using Palantir Foundry and Databricks.Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, reusable data models, and analytics applications.Develop AI-powered capabilities including Generative AI, NLP, semantic search, anomaly detection, forecasting, natural language querying, and decision-support tools.Integrate data from multiple enterprise and federal data sources.Build dashboards and operational analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI and analytics solutions.Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, security, and responsible AI.Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.Required Skills5+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, data engineering, or analytics product development.Palantir Foundry (Required).Databricks (Required).Strong programming experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, and TypeScript/JavaScript.Experience with modern data platforms such as Spark, Delta Lake, Kafka, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Apache NiFi.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, semantic search, or AI-driven analytics.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in federal or DoD environments (Advana, Jupiter, or similar).Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.Experience designing scalable AI and big data architectures in cloud environments.
