Join the Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland Team as a Seasonal Ornament Painter! ?✨ Do you love art, have a steady hand, and enjoy making things sparkle? We're looking for part-time, seasonal Ornament Artists (Painters) to help personalize ornaments with our signature font and oil-based paints. If you're detail-oriented and love creating something beautiful for others to enjoy, this is the job for you! This seasonal role runs through December 31, 2026, and requires availability through the end of the season PAY: Starting at $14.50/hour Once your ornaments are approved for sale to the public, you earn an extra $1.00/hour! Bronner's pays time and half wages every Saturday after 6:00pm and all day every Sunday! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Paint and personalize ornaments for in-store, catalog, and online orders Work your scheduled Paint 'N Go hours in-store Greet customers and make sure every ornament is spelled and placed perfectly Keep your workspace, brushes, and paints clean and organized Use a paint dryer to set designs and prepare ornaments for customers or shipping Help with pricing and general store tasks as needed Other duties as requested by supervisor/manager WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must be at least 18 years old due to training and scheduling requirements Must be available to work through December 31, 2026 Artistic talent with a steady hand Sharp eye for detail (every letter counts!) Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy retail environment with large crowds Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with a positive attitude Able to keep pace with customer demand Basic math skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting for long periods, occasional walking and standing Lift up to 10 lbs. Safely use step stools, stairs, and elevators NEXT STEPS: All applicants must complete a painting demo and skill assessment before the interview.
