Condo Housekeeper

Job Overview The Condo Housekeeping department is looking for an upbeat, team oriented individual to provide housekeeping services to our various condos and townhomes throughout the Eagle Crest property. Most of the units we service are two story 2-3 bedroom units. We provide a training program where we pair you with a more senior members of our team to show you the details of our cleaning standards. Once trained, many of our team members work on their own to complete their assigned units. We provide incentives based on how many units our team members clean in a day. With our summer incentive program you could make increase your hourly wage anywhere from $16-$20 an hour. We also offer and end of season bonus to our team members that stay throughout our busy summer season. We have a great team and are looking to grow it with positive, motivated people! General Responsibilities · Clean and tidy units as assigned based on our standards of cleanliness. · Provide excellent customer service to our guests and owners. · Inspect the units for missing inventory or maintenance related issues and report to supervisory/management team. · Report any damages, shortages or security issues as appropriate. · While we do not put a time limit on your unit cleaning we do have expectations based on the unit size. We also understand that some units may need extra attention. · Comply with all health and safety regulations as they pertain to cleaning standards. · Must comply with department uniform standards. Shirts provided. Job Qualifications Skills: · Willingness to jump in and help when needed · Must be able to work at a fast pace · Great attitude! · Works well unsupervised · Takes direction well · Must work efficiently and be organized Requirements & Working Conditions: · Valid driver’s license required · Pass Motor Vehicle Report · Must be a minimum of 21 years old · Must be able to lift 25-40lbs frequently · Work can be demanding – many units are multi-level · Must be able to work weekends – typical shifts Thursday/Friday – Monday/Tuesday – weekends are our busiest time of the week · We are offering both full time and part time schedules Salary · Position starts at $15.00 / hr. however the incentive package is offered immediately · Gas allowance is provided if you utilize your own vehicle.
