The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, supporting the Store Manager, and fostering a positive and productive environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, achieving sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires active participation in the development of team members and providing leadership that aligns with Windsor’s brand values.QualificationsLeadership and Team Management: Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate a team to meet performance targets and uphold company standards.Customer Service and Sales: Strong experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals in a retail environment.Operations and Merchandising: Skilled in inventory management, operational procedures, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting with flexibility to address changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fashion or retail management, strong understanding of merchandising trends, and a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful.
