If you have a passion for great food, love the team environment, and want a place to grow then please join us!Responsibilities:Provides our customers with courteous and pleasant service within a clean and positive environmentGreets all guests that arrive within visible areaTakes our customer's food and beverage order; ensures the freshest quality and best presentation of all menu itemsAssists our customers with product selection; executes our company's "suggestive selling" techniquesHas complete knowledge of the company's cash handling procedures and works according to those proceduresManages assigned cash and balances at the end of each shift; secures and accurately handles cash at all timesSets and clear tables; maintains dining room, restrooms and terraza manicured at all timesCleans and maintains his/her work area, equipment and storage areas at all timesCoordinates multiple orders; communicates clearly and effectively in order to properly complete orders and services within established service timesEnsures that the work areas, dishes and operational equipment assigned are kept in optimum condition of cleanliness, according to the standards of excellence established by the companyFollows all opening and closing proceduresMaintains proper company uniform and hygiene standardsComplies with all company's policies, procedures, and training standardsRecords all items served at any time to anyone and accounts for productsProvides excellent customer service and assistance to our amigosAssists guests and colleagues with any special requestsConforms to department training standardsComplies with all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
