Baseball - Varsity Head Coach

PositionThe North Hills School District is seeking an experienced and dynamic Varsity Head Baseball Coach QualificationsDemonstrated successful coaching experience at the travel, high school or collegiate level (head coaching experience preferred).Comprehensive knowledge of the game of Baseball, including player development, game planning, and program organization.Commitment to fostering academic success, sportsmanship, leadership, and character in student-athletes.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.All required clearances in accordance with Pennsylvania state law.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all aspects of the varsity Baseball program, including staff selection, player development, and game preparation.Coordinate off-season strength and conditioning programs.Promote the Baseball program within the school and community.Ensure compliance with all district, WPIAL, and PIAA policies and regulations.SalaryMinimum $4,600 annual stipend with increase based upon previous coaching experience.
