Known for its quality and authenticity, Giordano's is a beloved name in the food industry, blending tradition with exceptional dining experiences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality, hiring and training team members, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The manager will also work to maximize customer satisfaction while upholding Giordano’s commitment to exceptional food and service.QualificationsStrong skills in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial performance and operational efficiency.Proven experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and driving Customer Satisfaction.Proficiency in Hiring, training, and leading a team to meet operational goals and maintain staff engagement.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management is a plus.Salary: $85 - 120K Location: Giordano's 815 W Van Buren, Chicago, IL 60607Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / PTO / 401(K) / Flexible Work Schedule
