This role operates complex equipment, troubleshoots process issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The position works collaboratively across shifts to ensure consistent, compliant operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating proceduresSet up, adjust, and change over equipment to meet production schedulesAccurately record batch data, inspections, and production metricsPerform in-process quality checks and escalate deviationsTroubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtimeFollow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsSupport training and guidance of less-experienced operatorsParticipate in continuous improvement and 5S activitiesMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read work instructions, batch records, and safety dataAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred RequirementsAssociate degree or technical certificationExperience in chemical, adhesive, or regulated manufacturingForklift or industrial equipment certificationExperience with ERP or electronic batch record systemsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $20.00- $27.00/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
