HVAC Sheet Metal InstallerJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair HVAC ductwork and related components on commercial projects. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read construction drawings, and experience working safely on active job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and HVAC componentsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specificationsMeasure, cut, bend, and fasten sheet metal using hand and power toolsInstall duct systems according to SMACNA standards and project requirementsSeal, insulate, and support ductwork properlyCoordinate work with HVAC installers, foremen, and other tradesMaintain job site safety and comply with OSHA requirementsLoad, transport, and manage materials and tools on job sitesIdentify and report field issues or drawing conflictsMaintain quality workmanship and productivity standardsQualifications & Experience2+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience (commercial preferred)Ability to read blueprints and duct layoutsExperience with spiral, rectangular, and lined duct systemsProficient with hand tools, power tools, brakes, shears, and liftsKnowledge of HVAC codes and installation best practicesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass background check and drug screeningPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders or liftsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and work overhead for extended periodsPreferred (Not Required)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationSMACNA training or apprenticeship completionExperience with commercial or industrial HVAC systemsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay ranges from $20 - $36+ an hour depending on experiencePaid HolidaysPaid Vacation TimePaid Sick Time401K401K Profit ShareHealth InsuranceOptional Supplemental InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsIn-house Training Program (Earn while you learn)
