Solutions Consultant / Account ExecutiveNew York City / Hybrid$90k–$120k Base + $250k–$300k OTECertus Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing global technology business seeking a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise growth across complex customer environments.This is a high-impact, commercially focused role suited to someone who combines strong consultative sales capability with technical curiosity, commercial intelligence, and the ability to navigate sophisticated enterprise organizations.The successful candidate will work closely with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities, build strategic stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue expansion through a highly solution-oriented sales approach.This is not a transactional sales environment. The business is looking for someone capable of operating strategically within matrixed organizations, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping customers solve meaningful operational and financial challenges through technology.Key responsibilities include:Building and expanding strategic relationships within enterprise customer accountsIdentifying opportunities for growth and revenue expansion across complex organizationsDelivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussionsManaging account follow-up activity and progressing opportunities through the sales cycleNegotiating pricing structures and commercial agreementsWorking closely with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, and operations to support deal executionMaintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM disciplineStaying current on industry trends, customer challenges, and market developmentsTraveling as needed to support customer engagements and relationship developmentThe ideal candidate will bring:Experience within enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, procurement, or complex technology sales environmentsStrong consultative and strategic sales capabilityTechnical aptitude and the ability to understand complex business workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to navigate matrixed enterprise environments and multiple stakeholder groupsA naturally curious, problem-solving mindset with strong commercial instinctsThe business has built a culture centered around collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
