What Cascade Living and Cascades of Grass Valley look for in a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations):Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their familiesExperience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and buildingKnowledge of fire and safety regulationsAbility to work with outside vendors and monitor their workExperience in safe electrical and plumbing repairInnovative thinker who brings new ideas to the tableDemonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skillsOwnership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) for Cascades of Grass Valley:Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistencyDemonstrate organizational skills around time managementWilling and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is requiredAvailable and on call for emergencies day and night.
