This position is primarily field-based and focused on relationship-building, networking, marketing initiatives, and supporting company growth through community and industry engagement.This is not a behind-the-desk marketing position. The majority of this role involves being out in the community, visiting real estate offices, attending events, building partnerships, and helping expand brand awareness throughout the territory.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, lenders, and industry professionalsVisit real estate offices and networking events throughout Clarksville and surrounding areasRepresent That One Inspector at community events, vendor opportunities, classes, and industry functionsCoordinate pop-bys, lunches, marketing drop-offs, and relationship-building initiativesAssist with capturing social media content and field marketing opportunitiesHelp grow brand awareness and inspection volume within the territoryFollow up with agents and maintain strong communication and customer serviceWork closely with the Director of Marketing and Growth and marketing team on campaigns and outreach effortsAssist with event setup, organization, and coordination as neededMaintain professionalism and strong communication while representing the companyQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle requiredComfortable with frequent driving and traveling throughout the territoryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, professional, and bubbly personalityOrganized and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable meeting new people and building relationshipsBasic social media knowledge is a plusSales, marketing, real estate, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time positionApproximately 80% field work / 20% work from homeMost hours take place during weekday daytime hoursOccasional evening and Saturday events may be required depending on networking opportunities and community eventsCompensation & BenefitsSalary positionMonthly bonuses, commission opportunities, and revenue incentives401(k) with company matchGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing companyFlexible and relationship-focused work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Energetic and people-orientedDependable and professionalComfortable representing a brand in personPassionate about relationships and community involvementMotivated to help grow a company and territoryWilling to take initiative and think creativelyIf you love meeting people, building connections, and being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day, we’d love to hear from you.
