As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Executive (PX) to lead from the front—driving results, developing teams, and shaping the success of multiple projects across the business.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, mentorship, and delivering complex projects at the highest level.What You’ll OwnLead multiple projects with full accountability for safety, schedule, budget, and qualitySet the tone for execution from preconstruction through completionBuild and strengthen long-term client relationships as a trusted advisorDevelop and mentor high-performing teams, elevating talent across the organizationDrive performance across financials, operations, and client satisfactionPlay a key role in business development, pursuits, and client presentationsPartner cross-functionally to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellenceContribute to company strategy, innovation, and long-term growth initiativesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent experience)10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a Project Manager roleProven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive business growthExperience in client presentations, proposals, and pursuit strategiesStrong understanding of integrated delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, IPD)High level of business acumen, decision-making, and leadership presenceWhy MCLWe’re a growing Midwest general contractor built on relationships, trust, and doing the right thing—every time.
