Network Administrator

Company Description ATEC USA provides professional engineering, IT, and technical workforce solutions to support advanced manufacturing and technology projects across the United States. We are currently seeking a Network Administrator to join our team and support network infrastructure operations at a major manufacturing facility in Clarksville, Tennessee. This position will be employed by ATEC USA and assigned to support one of our client projects on-site.Role Description The Network Administrator is responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of network infrastructure. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to support complex enterprise network environments in a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and client personnel to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network operations.Work ScopePlan, design, implement, and maintain network infrastructureMonitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issuesConfigure and support Cisco and Juniper network devicesManage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall environmentsSupport network security and access control policiesAnalyze network traffic and performance using monitoring and diagnostic toolsPerform network upgrades, patching, and system improvementsCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresCollaborate with facilities and project teams to support network and cabling infrastructureProvide technical support and guidance for network-related projects and initiatives Qualifications - RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or related infrastructure rolesExperience supporting enterprise-level network environmentsHands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipmentStrong understanding of:TCP/IPRouting & SwitchingDNS/DHCPVPNFirewall technologiesWireless networkingExperience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewallsAbility to analyze network performance using packet capture and monitoring toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPointQualifications - PreferredExperience leading or coordinating network administration teamsExperience with:OSPFBGPMPLSLoad BalancingQoSNetFlowExperience with wireless controllers and access pointsKnowledge of VoIP and Unified Communications technologiesExperience with network security technologies including:IPSecSSL VPNIDS/IPSAccess Control SystemsCisco and/or Juniper certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, etc.)Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environmentsBilingual in English and KoreanEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; orEquivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experienceBenefitsUpon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, employees become eligible for the following benefits:Medical insurance with approximately 70% of the premium covered by ATEC USAParticipation in the company's 401(k) retirement planEmployer 401(k) contribution of up to 3%, subject to plan eligibility and termsPaid holidays in accordance with company policyPaid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with company policy
