Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time Project Document Administrator to join our team in Alliance, Ohio. You will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with our standards. Responsibilities: Maintain document control processes to ensure accurate and efficient management of project documents, including engineering drawings, specifications, and reports Organize and maintain physical and electronic document repositories Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable Assist in searching and obtaining government projects through sam.gov and other websites Provide administrative support to project teams, including formatting documents, preparing transmittals, assisting with document-related inquiries, and organizing travel arrangements Assist in maintaining government certifications as needed Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct periodic reviews and inspections as directed Update and maintain documentation, plans, and reports.
