This has allowed our clients to grow with minimal risk while maintaining the highest of standards.Ask our customers what they like about TFT Global and chances are they will talk about our commitment to our core values of reputation, people, and growth.We are strategically located across North America, aligned with flexible resources, and equipped with innovative technology to bring you the ultimate supply-chain efficiency.www.tftglobal.comResponsible for promoting a safe and compliant workplace while also providing essential administrative support to daily operationsThis role combines health and safety coordination with office tasks such as ordering supplies, payroll assistance, and occasional supervisory coverage when requiredFulfillment of Divisional and Corporate goals and objectivesCombination of office and on-site work environments May require occasional overtime or flexible hours Must be able to respond to urgent workplace situationsAssist / organize team member appreciation eventsEnsure accounting assignments are completed dailyEnsure Health & Safety procedures are administeredOther relevant dutiesHealth & Safety CoordinationConduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation Coordinate and deliver safety training and onboarding for employees Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safety standards Act as a point of contact for safety concerns and regulatory inspections Administrative DutiesProcess and support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Order office and operational supplies, maintaining inventory levelsMaintain employee records, certifications, and documentationAssist with scheduling, reporting, and general office coordination Advise HR on accident/injuries and submits investigation formsEnsure all documentation is maintained and record keeping documents are sent to HR Support management with administrative projects and data entry Operational & Supervisory SupportProvide back-up support for Area Leaders as needed Assist with coordinating daily workflows and team activities Help ensure productivity and adherence to company procedures during supervisor absenceRequirementsHigh school diploma or recognized equivalentCollege or University education or equivalent experienceMinimum 2-3 years of administrative support experience.
