Software Engineering Manager

Overview As Software Engineering Manager in our Boston engineering hub, you will coach engineers, develop future leaders, and strengthen culture while aligning teams to a shared technical vision. You will focus on mentorship, organizational health, and delivery excellence across embedded, mobile, cloud, and web work. You’ll partner with senior leadership to grow the Boston software organization and advocate for strong engineering practices that deliver customer-facing connected systems.
