ResponsibilitiesOversee production, shipping/receiving, and maintenance to ensure efficient, cost‑effective manufacturing of panels and trimPlan and control schedules, maximize run time and profitability, reduce scrap/misfab, and maintain product qualitySupervise, train, motivate, and evaluate staff while fostering strong communication, teamwork, and a positive plant cultureImplement process, quality, safety, and cost improvements across all departments to enhance overall plant performanceCollaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and leadership to align production goals, labor optimization, and company objectivesUphold safety and labor regulations, maintain a clean facility, approve labor hours, produce management reports, and support policy implementationQualificationsBA/BS preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceFive or more years of experience in a related industryMust hold and maintain appropriate forklift certificationsAt least three years managing teams, including coaching, supervision, and performance managementStrong knowledge of plant operations, Lean/CI principles, mechanical systems, design techniques, and electronic/equipment fundamentalsProficient in Excel/Word, able to interface with regulatory agencies, and skilled in employee developmentSalary: $115K - $125KAsk for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
