This role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling production operations while managing staff, resources, and timelines to meet organizational goals.What you Will do in Your RoleResponsible for shop floor safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe work practices without exception.Plan and organize production schedules to meet demand and deadlinesOversee the entire production process and ensure smooth operationsManage and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationCoach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team leads, with a strong focus on leadership behaviors, decision-making, and accountability.Conduct regular floor presence observations and feedback to reinforce standards and behaviors.Support performance management training plans, and succession development in front-line leaders.Balance labor, workloads, and line flow to prevent bottlenecks and protect part quality.Ensure all employees strictly follow paint quality standards, handling requirements, and visual acceptance criteria.Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measuresCoordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality assuranceMaintain equipment and ensure proper functioning through regular inspectionsIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteEnforce workplace safety standards and compliance with regulationsManage and oversee the loading and unloading of the paint line to ensure efficient workflow and prevent bottlenecksEnsure proper handling, positioning, and tracking of parts through the paint processCoordinate with production and finishing teams to maintain continuous line operationMonitor paint line throughput and adjust staffing or processes as neededEnforce safety and quality standards related to paint line operationsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulationsProficiency in production management software and Microsoft OfficeProven experience in production or operations managementWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)Experience in an automotive manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Molding and Paint processesLean Manufacturing experienceThis role is not eligible for sponsorship (statement if relevant for the role)About the CompanyRESRG Automotive is transforming our business by strengthening our foundation, modernizing operations, and fostering a culture grounded in accountability and growth.
