Orange Quarter is working with an early stage AI startup in the Union Square area.The founders are legit. The CEO helped take Salesforce public, scaled Yext past $2B in valuation, and has multiple exits. The co-founder was Head of Product at Yext and has spent years building AI products at real scale.They’re building a Cursor/Claude Code style product for marketers, a vertical AI play. One workspace where AI and teams work together on campaigns, audiences, and growth instead of bouncing across a bunch of broken tools.What You’ll DoWork across the codebase to build new features and improve existing onesPartner directly with the founders on product direction and technical architectureShip end-to-end features across a Next.js/React frontend and Node.js backendDesign and build APIs, data models, and third-party integrationsWork with our proprietary LLM agent orchestration system to build tools, improve workflows, and make agents smarterContribute to infrastructure, developer tooling, and platform reliabilityWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience with TypeScript and React2+ years of experience building and shipping production web applicationsComfort working across the stack, from React components to database migrations and deployment pipelinesExcellent communication skillsGenuine interest in LLMs and AI application developmentBonus PointsExperience building with LLMs, agent systems, or AI toolingBackground in marketing technology or B2B SaaSExperience at an early-stage startupWhat We OfferHighly competitive salary and meaningful equityUnlimited PTOHealth insuranceFull-time, in the NYC office (~3 days/week in the office)
