Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee all areas of manufacturing, safety, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement — ensuring operational alignment with growth and profitability objectives.Key Leadership Responsibilities:Provide strategic and hands-on oversight of production across multiple U.S. facilitiesDrive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiencyBuild and lead a high-performance operations team focused on accountability and executionStrengthen safety culture and quality systems to ensure compliance and consistencyOptimize supply chain, procurement, and inventory management to reduce costs and improve PPVPartner with finance and executive leadership on budgeting, CapEx planning, and KPI managementIdeal Candidate:15+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership (multi-site preferred)Proven success leading Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiativesDeep understanding of supply chain strategy, cost management, and process optimizationStrong P&L ownership and financial acumenAbility to lead through influence, collaboration, and operational disciplineBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (advanced degree preferred)Travel: 30–40% across U.S. sites
