Role Description This is a commission-based position for a Recruitment Coordinator, for our club based on-site in Callaway, FL. The Recruitment Coordinator will manage recruitment efforts by sourcing/recruiting top-level players for our club. This role includes interacting with prospective candidates, collaborating with staff to determine needs, and assisting with related administrative tasks. The position requires strong soccer background specifically the ability to recruit talent. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to build relationships with players, staff, and stakeholders effectivelyExperience in recruiting processes, including evaluating candidates’ ability and suitabilityCustomer Service abilities, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidatesOrganizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple recruitment tasks effectivelyProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's goalsRelevant experience in recruitment, coaching, or related fields is a plus
