Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. High school diploma or a GED; and (5) -five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Administrative Duties: Oversees the administration of the ALHRA office, including answering phones, utilizing office equipment, ordering supplies, meet and greet residents and the public; responsible for filing paperwork, financial reports. Knowledge of the administration of Public Housing and/or HCV programs is a plus. Resident Administrative Duties: Maintain housing program waiting list(s) containing all applications received, input documentation into software. Human Resource Administrative Duties: Prepares and verifies monthly payrolls; prepares, disperses, and collects time sheets.
