We are located in northwest Iowa.Are you a strategic supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing, inventory, materials planning, and supplier relationships while keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.In this role, you'll drive purchasing strategy, negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory levels, support ERP/MRP process improvements, and lead a team focused on continuous improvement. You'll also partner closely with operations, engineering, finance, and sales to ensure the business has the materials it needs—on time and at the right cost.What we're looking for:5–7 years of purchasing/buyer experience in manufacturingStrong background in supplier negotiations, inventory control, and materials planningExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeLeadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetBachelor's or AA degree preferred but willing to accept experience in place of degreeThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible impact on operations, cost savings, and supply chain performance.
