We are constantly studying and evaluating our benefits and policies to better meet present and future requirements.Position – A&P Mechanic (Aircraft Maintenance / MRO)Location: Miami, FLWe are currently seeking experienced A&P Mechanics for a long-term opportunity supporting a Part 145 MRO environment in Miami, FL. This role supports maintenance operations on commercial, corporate, general aviation, and military aircraft platforms.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairsTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and determine corrective actionsPerform component removal and replacement as requiredRead and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, engineering drawings, and technical documentationSupport line maintenance, heavy maintenance, and field maintenance activities as assignedPerform operational and functional checks on aircraft systemsEnsure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company standardsMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and recordsSupport aircraft modification and repair projects as assignedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsOther duties as assignedCompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Adaptability – Responds effectively to changing maintenance priorities and operational demandsCommunication – Communicates clearly with team members and leadershipDependability – Maintains reliability and accountabilityInitiative – Takes ownership of maintenance tasks and troubleshooting activitiesTeamwork – Works collaboratively in an MRO environmentWork Quality – Ensures accuracy and compliance in all maintenance performedSafety – Follows safety procedures and promotes a safe work environmentProblem Solving – Diagnoses and resolves maintenance discrepancies efficientlySummary of Education, Experience & CertificationHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience requiredFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license requiredExperience xevrcyc in an MRO, line maintenance, or field service environment preferredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practicesExperience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentationExperience performing inspections, repairs, and component replacementsAbility to work on commercial, corporate, general aviation, or military aircraftStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced MRO or line maintenance environmentAbility to support field or mobile maintenance assignments as requiredMust provide own toolsAbility to lift, stand, and work in various physical positions throughout the shift
