Housing Manager

Aspen Grove Apartments located in Hines, Oregon is looking to fill our Housing Manager position. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. Position Summary: Provides routine and special services at Aspen Grove Apartments. Assists with repairs, ground maintenance, and renovation and cleaning of apartments when turnover occurs. Responsible for implementation of on-site certification procedures and dealing with residents in a courteous and professional manner. Assures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Preferred Experience: Experience in managing a program or residence for older adults preferred. Knowledge of and have interest in working with older adults required. Previous apartment management experience preferred.
