Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to roofing companies, identifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will build rapport with prospects, present our services professionally, and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions. The role requires effective communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
