Collaborating with global payroll team and other Oracle Functional/Technical folks. Work as an SME in Payroll.Responsibilities:Converting Vertex engine to Oracle US Payroll engine, mandatory post 25CManage end-to-end US payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Apply knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll administration.Calculate and process statutory deductions including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and other applicable taxes.Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and wage & hour laws (FLSA).Partner with HR, Finance,Stay updated with changes in US tax laws affecting payroll.Required Experience & Skills:12+ years of experience in US payroll and taxation.Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and compliance.Experience with payroll systems, Oracle HCMProficiency in payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Faizan Shaikh(678) 535-7175faizan@ztekinc.comwww.ztekinc.com
