Garden Techs/General Laborer – Fast-Paced & Hardworking We are currently seeking dedicated and driven Garden Techs to join our team. Responsibilities: Assist with physical labor tasks such as cleaning, transplanting, harvesting, removing leaves, etc. Keep up with a high-speed workflow and maintain productivity throughout the day Follow directions accurately and work well as part of a team Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality Physically fit and capable of lifting [insert weight, e.g., 50+ lbs] Willingness to work in varying conditions (warm, cold, humid) Prior experience is a plus, but not required We’re looking for someone who: Moves with urgency and purpose Doesn’t back down from a challenge Learns quickly and stays focused Takes pride in doing the job right ⸻ Apply Today!
