The community actively supports all school initiatives to ensure the best educational opportunities for all students.About the roleThe position is for a Stage 2 class for Semester 2, with a handover week in Week 11 of Term 2, if possible. The successful applicant will be responsible for the teaching and learning of the Stage 2 class.Role criteriaA passion for developing a positive classroom learning environment to engage and support a diverse range of students through high quality differentiated teaching and learning programs.Ability to provide support and extension for students to ensure they are challenged.Capacity to support a range of school programs and extra-curricular activities, such as public speaking, debating, choir, coding or STEM groups etc.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents.Who can applyTeachers who have current approval to teach primary K-6 in NSW, including casual, temporary and permanent teachers.
