We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title: HR SpecialistDuration: 06 Months of ContractPay rate: $40-$43.75/hr on W2Job Description:As part of a diverse and hardworking group of Human Resource (HR) specialists, you will triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire company's population utilizing our case management tool, triage cases to the correct owners, provide customer support for employees and members of HR, and investigate inquiries. A standard day will involve a diverse range of activities including responding to HR inquiries, processing HR-related tasks, rectifying time clock discrepancies, assisting with onboarding tasks, providing onsite support to employees, and performing additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields1+ years of HR or customer supportExperience supporting HR general inquiresExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion2+ years of HR experienceExperience using Workday as a HRISExperience with Time & Attendance in Workday is a plus.Experience using JiraAbout ASKASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
