Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Labor Employee Analyst II, located in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area. The selected candidate will split their responsibilities between on-site and remote work. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing labor data, preparing statistical reports, assisting with employee relations matters, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance. The role involves collaborating with city departments and contributing to labor policy development to support workforce management initiatives. Act as a mediator to resolve complaints before they escalate, conduct EEO investigations, fullfil the role of Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Qualifications Proficiency in data analysis, statistical reporting, and the ability to interpret and utilize labor-related metrics effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and advising on workforce policies.Knowledge of labor relations, employee rights, and human resources practices or compliance regulations.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for assessing workforce issues and recommending appropriate solutions.Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a hybrid work setup.Familiarity with city government operations or public administration is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
