Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the clean room and semi-conductor manufacturing industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful project management. Duties - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule - Coordinate project team members and assign tasks - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed - Utilize project management software to track tasks and milestones - Implement project planning methodologies and best practices - Conduct business process modeling to optimize project workflows - Apply earned value management techniques to monitor project performance - Manage project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational goals - Prepare and review RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, price and track orders, track job cost, and manage project budgets, change orders and closeout documentation. - Direct contact with customers, suppliers, engineers, and owners via phone, email, video conference and in person. Requirements - Proven experience in project engineering or management - Proficiency in project management software and tools (Microsoft Office 365) - Able to read and understand drawings, specs, and contract terms - Knowledge of business process modeling techniques - Familiarity with earned value management and project portfolio management - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) - Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams effectively This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
