Clerical Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a bubbly, personable and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. Prior construction background a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Blueprint reading
Assist in ordering materials for modular units
Doing cycle counts of materials on-site
ACCURATELY Entering data in the computer system
Follow up with suppliers regarding orders
REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY
Strong written and verbal communication skills
