Job Description Header WelderLocation: Claremore, OKShift OptionsDay Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Friday | Saturdays as NeededNight Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM Monday–Friday | Saturdays as NeededPosition SummaryHireCall is currently seeking experienced Header Welders for a manufacturing company in Claremore, OK that specializes in the production of industrial air coolers. This position is responsible for welding headers and related components while maintaining high quality and production standards in a fast-paced fabrication environment.Essential Job DutiesWeld headers, pipe, and structural components used in air cooler manufacturingPerform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux Core welding based on production needsRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawingsFit and align materials prior to weldingInspect completed welds for quality and accuracyOperate grinders, torches, cutting equipment, and fabrication toolsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and quality proceduresWork overtime and Saturdays as required to meet production schedulesQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of welding experience in manufacturing or fabricationExperience welding pipe or pressure-related components preferredAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsFamiliarity with tape measures, hand tools, and fabrication equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipDependable attendance and stable work history requiredPreferred ExperienceAir cooler, heat exchanger, pressure vessel, or heavy fabrication experienceFCAW, MIG, and TIG welding experienceFit-up and fabrication knowledgeOverhead crane and forklift experience is a plusIf you meet these requirements, call 918-933-5530 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
