HCM Sales Consultant

The HCM Sales Consultant will work closely with clients to identify their Human Capital Management needs and provide tailored solutions from SentraHCM’s product suite. Key responsibilities include client prospecting, maintaining relationships, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, achieving sales targets, and keeping abreast of industry trends and solutions. The role requires regular collaboration with the internal team to plan and implement client strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, or client acquisition within the Human Capital Management or HR software industryStrong skills in client relationship management, customer engagement, and consultative sellingProficiency in understanding HCM systems, payroll, benefits management, and compliance solutionsExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve or exceed sales targetsProficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking softwareAdaptability to work in a remote environment and willingness to travel for important client meetings, if neededBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in SaaS sales or technology-driven HR solutions is a plus
